Bookings
I require a 50% non refundable booking fee at the time of booking to be paid via bank transfer.
Cancellations
The booking fee, at my discretion, is valid up to 2 months if you need to cancel up to 7 days prior to your appointment. Any cancellations within the 7 days will require full payment, and will result in a loss of your booking fee.
You must reorganise any cancellations at the time and within 2 months in order for Me to honour - at my discretion - your booking fee.
